Analyse and automate with the SGA Trading Suite

Strategy & analysis automation software. Our algorithms analyse equities and ETFs, publish what they find, and can automate the rules you choose in your own broker account — designed to help you decide, not to give financial advice.

Every trade, published

We publish the whole equities record — every module, every closed trade, wins and losses alike. Each figure says where it comes from: LIVE — SGA's own account, not yours or PAPER (simulated fills).

This is SGA's own account, traded with our own money — not a customer account and not a result any subscriber received. Every strategy — including sgaSMR — trades one shared Alpaca account, which holds their positions at the same time. Listed here are the books currently on it — a strategy earns a realized record only once its own trades close there, so a row can show open positions today and a dash under Closed. Expand a row to see its holdings. sgaSMR rows are attributed via source sgaSMR / coid prefix sgaSMR-*.

Each strategy also runs its own paper account with its own record. Nothing here is a real holding or a real-money result. Returns are shown as percentages.

Realized returns are shown as percentages; dollar figures are not published. SGASmartMoney's all-time return is measured against its account's funded balance; its windowed figures come from the round-trips its own host has verified. A profit factor of ∞ means the book has no losing trades, so gross loss is zero and the ratio has no finite value.

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

LIVE figures are realized results from SGA's own Alpaca equities account — not yours, and not a customer account. PAPER figures are simulated fills and are not real-money results. Both include losing strategies. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing here is financial advice.

The strategy modules

Each module is software built around one published method and market. Click any card to open it.

SGASmartMoney

ICT / SMC beartrap reversal module

A Smart-Money-Concepts analysis module. It scans for the beartrap — a manipulation candle that sweeps liquidity below a prior low, then reverses back up — and publishes long-only equities setups. Automation subscribers can have the software submit the setup as a bracketed order to their own broker account under rules they choose.

Smart-Money reversal analysis on equities
  • BACKTEST (hypothetical)Out-of-sample profit factor 1.41 on equities
  • Beartrap liquidity-sweep longs
  • Bracketed orders on your broker
  • 30m–4h timeframes

SGAOpenEdge

Opening-line breakout module

Analyses the AM line — the 09:30 ET session open. A confirmed 10:00 ET break above it produces a long setup, tagged by regression-channel position, which automation subscribers can route as a limit bracket to their own Alpaca account.

Session-open breakout analysis
  • BACKTEST (hypothetical)2-year test: +1.8R average on equities
  • BACKTEST (hypothetical)>±2σ extreme setups won ~76%
  • 09:30 ET opening-line break
  • Regression-channel tagging
  • Limit brackets on Alpaca

SGAReversion

sgaSigma ±σ mean-reversion module

The sgaSigma ±1σ / ±2σ regression-channel mean-reversion model, long-only across 77 equities on the 30m / 1h / 4h timeframes. A setup is published only where sgaSigma and an independent ICT model agree, and every alert is tracked afterwards for realized outcome. Configured with a 2:1 bracket (take-profit +8% / stop −4%).

Statistical mean-reversion analysis with two-model agreement
  • BACKTEST (hypothetical)Timeframes and filter chosen on out-of-sample tests
  • sgaSigma ±1σ / ±2σ regression channel
  • 77 equities
  • Two-model agreement filter

SGASigmaEdge

Regime-gated ±2σ reversion module

A ±2σ mean-reversion model gated by an asset-specific regime filter — it flags price stretched two standard deviations from the mean only when the regime agrees. Automation subscribers can route setups as limit brackets to their own broker account.

Regime-aware mean-reversion analysis
  • BACKTEST (hypothetical)Tested over 2 years across 116 equities
  • Regime-gated ±2σ entries
  • Limit brackets
  • 116 equities scanned

sgaStretch

±2σ over-extension module

Mean-reversion analysis, precision-timed: sgaStretch flags price stretched ±2σ from its 200-EMA, confirmed by a ±1σ / ±2σ regression channel, and publishes clearly labelled Long / Short setups on stocks and ETFs.

Over-extension analysis back to the mean
  • ±2σ over-extension
  • ±1σ / ±2σ confirmation
  • Stocks & ETFs

sgaSMR

Statistical mean reversion · multi-TF module

Dual-strategy statistical mean reversion for equities. Strategy 2 (Quality-Focused) is the active sleeve — long-only, regression channel ±2σ on, EMA distance gate off — scanning six timeframes (5m–1d) and publishing one multi-timeframe-aggregated alert per name. Exits are handled by the risk module rather than fixed brackets. Strategy 1 (Volume-Focused) remains research-only.

Multi-timeframe equities mean-reversion analysis
  • BACKTEST (hypothetical)Gate matrix selected on a 10-year equities sweep
  • Multi-TF aggregated alerts
  • ±2σ regression gate · long-only equities
  • Risk-module exits

sgaLiveFeed

Market data & trade simulation

The suite's market-data hub. It runs the shared price feed every module quotes from — live marks across equities and ETFs with automatic source failover — plus a regression-channel scanner and a trade simulator that sizes each alert into a simulated book and reports what it would have returned. Its simulated equities book is published on this page.

Brokers

Your broker, your account, your keys

Automation runs on a server in your own account, against your own Alpaca or Tradier brokerage account with API keys you enter yourself. We never hold your funds or place orders on your behalf.

Alpaca

Live

Supported today, and the broker SGA's own live account uses — bracketed orders with defined profit targets and stops, placed in your own Alpaca account with your own API keys.

Tradier

Supported · no live record yet

The same bracketed order model, in your own Tradier brokerage account. Built and connected, but with no live trading record yet — the published performance is all Alpaca.

Schwab

Planned

On the roadmap, not yet started. Talk to us if Schwab support would decide your subscription and we will tell you where it stands.

Don't see your broker?

We're open to integrating any broker that offers API access — tell us who you trade with.

Join the conversation

Every module has its own Discord channel where its alerts and daily recaps are posted as the software produces them. Tap any channel to join — it's free.

Software, not advice

Every SGA module shares the same foundation: published, rules-based analysis that you can inspect, configure and choose whether to act on.

Rules You Choose

Position sizing, stop losses and profit targets are settings you configure — the software applies the rules you set, in your own broker account.

Real-Time Analysis

ICT/SMC and mean-reversion models publish alerts as setups form, the same impersonal output to every subscriber.

Discord Alerts

Every alert and daily recap streamed to Discord the moment the software produces it.

Performance Analytics

Every module's record published with its source labelled — backtest, paper or live — so you can judge it yourself.
