Privacy Policy

• Account details — your name, email address and sign-in credentials.
• Billing records — the plan you bought, amounts, dates and payment status.
• Messages you send us — contact-form and chat messages, and any phone or WhatsApp number you choose to give.
• Cloud connection — if you connect a DigitalOcean account so we can create your server, an encrypted access token for that account.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.

Brokerage credentials. Broker API keys are entered on the server you own and stay there; they never reach our systems.

Full card numbers. Card payments are processed by our payment processor through vkPay hosted payment fields. Your card details are entered directly into those fields; we never see or store your full card number or security code.

If you pay in cryptocurrency, we generate a deposit address for your order and record the transaction on the public blockchain, which is by nature publicly visible. We do not ask for or hold your wallet keys.

• To provide the service, deliver alerts and manage your subscription.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To respond to your enquiries and send service notices.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Only service providers that help us run the service — payment processing, hosting, email delivery and Discord (for alerts you choose to join) — and only as needed for that purpose, or where required by law.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and as long afterwards as the law requires. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].
