Terms of Service

SGA Trader is strategy and analysis automation software. It publishes impersonal, rules-based market analysis and alerts generated by our algorithms, and — on the Automation plans — provides software that runs on a server you own and places orders in a brokerage account you own, according to rules and settings you choose.

The same analysis is delivered to every subscriber. It is not prepared for, or tailored to, any individual’s financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.

The service is impersonal, general-circulation software and market analysis. Smart Growth Assets Inc. is not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or broker-dealer, and nothing provided is a recommendation tailored to your circumstances. • You are solely responsible for every trade made in your brokerage account, whether placed by you or by software you have configured and authorised.
• You choose and maintain your own brokerage account and its API keys, and you are responsible for complying with your broker’s terms.
• You are responsible for deciding whether trading is suitable for you, and for any taxes arising from it.
• You must keep your sgatrader.com sign-in credentials confidential.

We never hold, receive or control customer funds or securities. Your money stays in your own brokerage account at all times. Automation software runs on a server in your own cloud account using broker keys you enter there; we do not have those keys and cannot withdraw or transfer funds.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as shown at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel. Card charges appear on your statement as VKPAY*SGATRADER.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of more than you expected. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not indicative of future results. Software can fail, data can be delayed or wrong, and brokers can reject or mis-fill orders. See our Risk & Disclosures.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or any particular trading outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Growth Assets Inc. and its officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may not resell, redistribute or republish alerts or analysis, attempt to access systems or accounts that are not yours, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
