Delivery Policy

Every SGA Trader product is software or online access delivered over the internet. No physical goods are shipped.

Access to alerts, alert history and the performance desk is enabled once your payment is confirmed (for crypto payments, after the required network confirmations), within one business day. We email you when your account and Discord access are active.

Setup is completed within 5 business days of payment. Setup means creating a server in your own cloud account and installing the SGA automation software on it. You then connect your own brokerage account’s API keys on that server; the software runs in paper (simulated) mode for at least 14 days before it can place live orders.
