Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing [email protected] or calling (253) 999-9087.

Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. Subscriptions otherwise renew automatically until cancelled.

Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except that duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full within 7 days of your request.

The one-time Automation setup fee is fully refundable until your server has been provisioned. Once the server has been created and the software installed, the setup work has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable.

Email [email protected] or call (253) 999-9087 with the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge. Card charges appear on your statement as VKPAY*SGATRADER.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Crypto refunds are sent in the same asset to an address you confirm in writing.
